  • 1985-1986 Obtained a bachelor’s degree from the Academy of Fine Arts, Baghdad.

  • 1988 Participated in Baghdad Biennial for Arabic Calligraphy, Baghdad
  • 1990 Held a solo exhibition at Free Atelier Gallery in Kuwait.
  • 1993 Held a solo exhibition at Al-Orfali Gallery in Amman, Jordan. He participated in a joint exhibition with an Iraqi artist and the Contemporary Iraqi Art Exhibition at Alia Gallery in Amman.
  • 1994 Held a solo exhibition at Al-Orfali Gallery, Amman.
  • 1995 Held a solo exhibition at Al-Orfali Gallery, Amman. He participated in the Art for Life Exhibition at Al-Orfali Gallery and the Prisoners of the Uprising Exhibition at Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation, Amman.

  • 2001 Participated in the Iraqi Graphic Art Exhibition at Darat Al-Funun, Amman.
  • 2002 Participated in the Contemporary Iraqi Art Exhibition in Tunisia, the Miniature Paintings Exhibition at Hiwar Gallery, Baghdad, and the Baghdad Biennial for Fine Arts.
  • 2004 Obtained a certificate of experience in the maintenance and restoration of paintings from the Czech Republic.
