- 1964 Artist Zaid Luqman was born in the capital, Baghdad, Iraq.
- 1971 - 1981 He completed his primary, middle and high school studies in Baghdad.
- 1984 - 1988 He studied and graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Baghdad, and obtained a BA in Ceramic Art.
- 1988 He participated in the permanent exhibition at Al-Orfali Hall in Baghdad.
- 1994 He held a solo exhibition at Al-Riwaq Hall in Baghdad and participated in the exhibition "Eight in Dialogue" at Hiwar Hall in Baghdad.
- 1995 He participated in the exhibition "Riwaq Rasan" establishment in Baghdad.
- 1998 He participated in the Cairo International Biennale for Ceramics in Cairo, Egypt.
- 2005 He held a solo exhibition at Dar Al-Anda in Amman, Jordan.
- 2016 He participated in the exhibition "Iraqi Ceramists" at the Iraqi Plastic Artists Association in Baghdad.
- 2018 He participated in the "Clay Tales" exhibition in Baghdad.
- He lives and works as a lecturer in plastic arts and ceramics in Baghdad.
