1967 - 1977 Completed his elementary, middle and secondary school studies in Kirkuk.
1978 Began his research and learning of visual arts from Kirkuk to Baghdad and then to Japan,
1983 Met artist Shakir Hassan Al-Said, accompanied, listened and learned a lot from him.
Held several solo exhibitions and participated in many art exhibitions inside and outside Iraq.
1986 Co-founded the “Ofuq (The Horizon) Visual Art Group” in Baghdad with four other Iraqi artists, namely Amer Hanna Fattouhi, Mohammad Hussein Abdullah, Burhan Salih and Mohammad Ibn Mahzoul. Then, he went to Japan to continue his knowledge and learning journey.
1991 Left Iraq, traveled to settle and work in Paris, France
Published and illustrated many art books during his artistic career.
Lives and works full-time in art between Paris, France and Amman, Jordan.
Member of different art institutions and associations.
